long time no post

As always it has been far too long. I write off and on but i have not posted on this blog in a long time. Life has been such an amazing adventure the last few years. I am excited to really open up and come up with some great posts for Empowered Revolution. Maybe I'll post on here again but for now i think I'm just going to move on.
