FLOOD FIGHT 2011
There is a pretty bad flood in Minot right now! We are on base, safe, and dry! It breaks my heart to see so many people have to leave their homes. We dropped off a box of donations today and I wish there was more we could do. There are so many people that may not even have a home to go back to. this is a link to the news facebook page! They have been great with updates and they are running the news 24/7 till this is all over. Everyone has come together to help anyone that needs it! It has been amazing to watch how nice people can be.

We're going through a wildfire right now. Luckily the winds have been good & each day the containment goes up. It was really crazy & stressful for a while. We knew a few people forced out of their homes & we've seen the pictures of the damages. We too have a facebook which is really awesome during these times. It really brings people together. It really truly is amazing how a horrible disaster can bring so many people together to help each other. I'm glad you were able to donate to help them & hopefully the flood descend soon! My heart goes out to those people who are affected.
